Efixedit is a project by Enoch, based in Italy. This is a preview, not an open paid service. The operator’s full legal identity, geographical address, contact details, and any applicable registration or tax identifiers must be published before paid launch.

1. What the service does

Efixedit offers twelve AI-assisted writing tools for independent work. Each generates a draft from information you supply. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or employment advice; represent a platform; submit applications; contact clients; or guarantee clients, rankings, income, or outcomes. The free examples are fictional and are not generated from your input.

2. Price and ordering

The intended total price is $1.20 USD per run, including any applicable taxes once the operator’s tax treatment is configured. Twelve separately chosen runs total $14.40. A new version is a new optional purchase. Reopening or downloading an existing result is free. No subscriptions, automatic next purchases, or preselected paid extras. Your bank may impose currency-conversion fees.

Before payment, checkout identifies the tool and total price. You must actively accept these terms and request immediate processing. An order is accepted only after verified successful payment. A failed or pending payment does not authorize generation. Save your payment receipt and run reference. Paid launch requires receipt delivery, tax setup, and recovery testing to be completed.

3. Delivery, review, and technical problems

Drafts are delivered in your browser after payment confirmation. Processing time varies with input and provider availability; no fixed completion time is guaranteed. Interrupted paid runs can be retried without a new charge. After three failed generation attempts, the service requests a refund to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Contact support if a purchase remains unresolved.

AI can make mistakes. Review factual claims, permissions, suitability, and any suggested prices before using a draft. Commercial assumptions are not verified market evidence. These review responsibilities do not exclude remedies for a service that fails to conform to the contract.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

For the planned paid service, we offer a full refund within 14 days of payment, even if a draft has been delivered. Requesting immediate processing does not waive this policy. Use the clearly accessible Withdraw / refund function or send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to support. Include your name, purchase reference, purchase date, and contact email. No reason is required. Refunds use the original payment method; bank timing may vary. Save the confirmation.

Mandatory withdrawal rights and remedies for non-conforming digital content or services under the Italian Consumer Code remain unaffected. This voluntary policy does not shorten any statutory period or remove rights that apply to your situation.

5. Your content and workspace

You retain your rights in the material you supply. You authorize processing only to provide the requested service. Upload only information you have permission to use; remove confidential information and sensitive personal data. Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, fabricated credentials, unlawful content, or attempts to access another person’s data. AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights.

Guest workspaces and drafts expire after 30 days. Download what you want to retain. Optional Google sign-in, when enabled, supports access from other devices; it does not extend draft retention. Sharing is off by default. A share link exposes the selected saved snapshot to anyone who holds it until revoked or expired.

6. Applicable law and complaints

Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. No exclusive foreign forum or mandatory arbitration is imposed. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator first with the purchase reference and a description of the issue.

7. Operator and contact

Paid sales remain disabled until the operator’s legal details, support contact, applicable tax obligations, and consumer disclosures have been finalized.
